  • Selectively pay invoices by job, due date, discount date, vendor or specific invoices. 
  • Automatically withhold retention and control its release. 
  • Maintain complete invoice history, including all payments for each invoice.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of company accounting records. 
  • Maintain a complete history of every general ledger transaction for as long as necessary, makes auditing easy.
  • Get automatic alerts when certificates of insurance or general liability certificates expire or when double-billing, over-invoicing, or purchase order discrepancies occur.
  • Ensure that subcontractors’ certificates of insurance or general liability insurance certificates are current.
  • Automatically generate lien releases.
  • Fulfill federal tax requirements by reporting 1099 information for all qualifying vendors.
  • Choose AIA or quantity based billing.
  • Generate regular, union, multi-state, Davis Bacon and certified payrolls
