The Payroll module includes not only certified payroll, but union payroll and the ability to post labor burden directly to jobs in a variety of ways.  Accounts Payable allows the user to print joint checks and select invoices to pay in a multitude of ways, by job, by due date, by vendor, you choose and even mix and match.  The accounts payable module also allows you to print either interim or final lien waivers at the time you print checks.  An often overlooked feature of the Accounts Payable module is the ability to track the expiration of workers compensation insurance certificates, general liability insurance and one other date if you so choose. Also, The Construction Manager allows you to track and print W2s, 1099's and quarterly payroll tax reports
